3 Streets North is a fun, fast-paced and dynamic property management firm located in the Lakewood area.

We are looking to hire a temporary person who enjoys working in this type of environment to assist us in the upcoming leasing season.

Duties would included answering and returning phone calls, alerting the appropriate people of messages or problems, light office filing and maintenance, and scheduling appointments for the leasing agents.

This is a part time, temporary position. Hours are flexible, but you must be available to work Saturday days. Competitve pay, based on experience.

Permanent position on the staff is possible.

Previous office experience preferred.
