Rosie Archangel Gunn has been with 3 Streets North since May 2007. She has over 20 years experience in the apartment leasing and management field. She began her career in some of the finest luxury apartment buildings downtown Cleveland has to offer. Not only is Rosie a highly experienced and successful leasing manager, she also specializes in tenant retention, tenant relations, and owner relations.

Kate Palm, a proud Lakewood resident since 1994, has been with 3 Streets North since February of 2007. Kate is currently enrolled in the paralegal studies program at Tri-C and is earning a 3.85 GPA. She hopes to attend law school in the future with a focus on Landlord/Tenant law. In addition to guiding future tenants through the leasing process, Kate is also the company’s website coordinator.

Tina Rutkowski has headed the accounting department at 3 Streets North since November 2005. She graduated from the University of Dayton in 1997 with a Bachelor’s Degree in finance. She, her husband John and two-year-old son Jacob have resided in Lakewood since 2005.

Thomas Petrus is the President and Co-Founder of 3 Streets North, LLC. While his company assists building owners in the daily operation and management of their properties, he is directing and implementing growth, marketing, and retention strategies.

In addition to his work at 3 Streets North, Tom is the Vice President of the Multi-Housing Investment Group at Grubb & Ellis’ Cleveland office. Here, he assists building owners in acquiring and the disposition of their investment property.

Prior to 3 Streets North and Grubb & Ellis, Tom was the Vice-President, Director of Retail Bank Investment sales for National City in Cleveland. He was responsible for the implementation of investment products within the bank’s retail division while overseeing the training of over 900 sales representatives with the organization.

Mr. Petrus is also a proud graduate of Cleveland State University’s School of Urban Affairs with a focus on Urban Economics

Isis has been the four-footed mascot for 3 Streets North since August 2007. She has lived in 9 different Lakewood apartments in about 9 years and has a great working knowledge of the area. She is very kind to both adults and children, and loves attention. She can be found most days sleeping in her luxury bed on the window seat. Be sure to give her a pat when you stop in!
